如你代表组织使用本应用，你确认自己有权代表该组织接受本条款。

账号与安全

你应提供准确、完整的账号信息，并妥善保管登录凭据、设备和访问令牌。因凭据泄露或设备未妥善保管产生的风险，由账号使用者自行承担。

如发现未经授权的访问、账号异常或安全事件，请及时停止相关会话并通过应用内支持渠道联系我们。

服务使用规则

你应依法、诚信地使用 Ekko Studio，不得利用本应用侵害他人权益、传播违法内容、绕过安全限制、干扰服务运行，或未经授权访问设备、账号及网络资源。

当你使用设备连接、命令执行、文件操作、自动化工作流等能力时，应确保已取得相应设备所有者或管理者的明确授权。

用户内容与智能体输出

你保留对自己提交内容的合法权利，并授权本应用在提供服务所必需的范围内处理这些内容。你应确保提交的文本、文件、指令及其他数据不侵犯第三方权利。

智能体和模型生成的内容可能不准确、不完整或不适合特定用途。涉及医疗、法律、金融、安全或其他重要决策时，你应进行独立核验并承担最终判断责任。

第三方服务与付费权益

本应用可能连接模型提供商、云服务、OAuth 服务、设备或其他第三方产品。第三方服务由其各自的条款和隐私政策约束，其可用性、安全性及内容由相应提供方负责。

付款由 Stripe 处理。App 永久使用权采用一次性付款；云端连接服务采用按月订阅，两项权益相互独立。价格、币种、计费周期和续费条件以 Stripe Checkout 确认页面为准。除非你在当前计费周期结束前通过账单管理页面取消，云服务订阅将自动续费；取消云服务不会取消已购买的永久 App 使用权。退款按适用法律及购买时展示的政策处理。

服务变更与可用性

我们可能根据产品、安全或合规需要更新、暂停或调整部分功能，并会在合理范围内尽量减少对正常使用的影响。我们不保证所有功能始终无中断、无错误或适用于所有设备。

知识产权

Ekko Studio 的软件、界面、品牌、文档及相关材料受适用的知识产权法律保护。除开源许可或书面授权另有规定外，你不得擅自复制、出售、出租或创建衍生产品。

责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。对于间接损失、数据丢失、业务中断或因第三方服务、自动化指令及智能体输出产生的损失，我们不承担超出法律强制要求的责任。

暂停与终止

如账号违反本条款、危及系统或他人安全，或法律要求我们采取措施，我们可以限制、暂停或终止相关访问。你也可以随时停止使用本应用，并按产品提供的方式删除本地数据或账号。

条款更新与联系

我们可能不时更新本条款。重大变更会通过应用内提示或其他合理方式通知。继续使用更新后的服务，即表示你接受更新后的条款。

Acceptance and scope

Welcome to Ekko Studio. By accessing, installing or using this App, you indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the content, please stop using this application.

If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you affirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Account and security

You should provide accurate and complete account information and keep your login credentials, device and access tokens secure. Risks arising from leaked credentials or improperly secured equipment are borne by the account user.

If you discover unauthorized access, account anomalies or security incidents, stop the relevant sessions and contact us through the in-app support channel.

Service usage rules

You must use Ekko Studio lawfully and in good faith. You may not use it to infringe others’ rights, distribute illegal content, bypass security restrictions, interfere with service operations, or access devices, accounts, and network resources without authorization.

When using device connections, command execution, file operations, automated workflows, or similar capabilities, ensure you have explicit authorization from the relevant owner or administrator.

User content and agent output

You retain the legal rights to content you submit and authorize the App to process it only as necessary to provide the Services. You must ensure submitted text, files, instructions and other data do not infringe third-party rights.

Content generated by agents and models may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Independently verify medical, legal, financial, security, or other important decisions.

Third-party services and paid entitlements

The App may connect to model providers, cloud services, OAuth services, devices, or other third-party products. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their providers are responsible for their availability, security, and content.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Permanent App access is a one-time purchase, while cloud connection service is a separate monthly subscription. The price, currency, billing period, and renewal terms shown on Stripe Checkout govern your purchase. Cloud service renews unless canceled through billing management before the current period ends. Canceling cloud service does not remove permanent App access already purchased. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the policy presented at purchase.

Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or adjust features for product, security, or compliance reasons and will reasonably seek to minimize disruption. We do not guarantee every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Intellectual property

Ekko Studio software, interfaces, branding, documentation and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by an open-source license or written authorization, you may not copy, sell, rent, or create derivative products.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable beyond mandatory legal requirements for indirect losses, data loss, business interruption, or losses arising from third-party services, automated instructions, or agent output.

Suspension and termination

If an account violates these Terms, endangers a system or another person, or the law requires action, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access. You may stop using the App at any time and delete local data or your account using the provided product controls.

Updates and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app prompts or another reasonable method. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
